Visions Studio opened over twenty years ago in Virginia Beach. The studio then moved to Syracuse, New York in 1989. During the early years in Virginia Beach, owner Jeff DeRienzo would shoot modeling projects for swimsuit magazines, to freelance work for NASCAR, to corporate shoots, and journalistic projects. Now, the studio specializes in weddings and portrait work by using a special blend of candid and formal styles. The work on weddings started when Jeff moved the studio to the Syracuse area in 1989. Since then, it has been a passion. When asked how he feels about weddings, Jeff replied "I love my job. Every weekend, every wedding, is a party. It's a chance to see people on the happiest day of their lives. That opportunity, and that honor, means a lot and keeps me passionate." When asked what keeps him interested, Jeff said "The creativity and the people keep me coming back. Each week gives me a chance to develop my style and try things out." He was then asked why he cares for the customers so much, "I love forming new relationships with couples as they become new families. Many couples bring their children in after their wedding, and I get to see their kids grow up." When asked where he wants to take the Studio in the future, Jeff responded "I really want to get into destination weddings. Not to say I won't do the same amount at home. I just would like to try something new." Visions Studio is owner operated by Jeff. He works the entire day of your wedding, as to the satisfaction of many brides, and brings one of a select few highly trained assistants to make sure that every possible moment of your special day is captured.
